Players clean up Middle Road area to fund trip

Bermuda Under-14 rugby players spent last Sunday cleaning up the Middle Road area from TNT Tatem Middle School to PHC’s sports ground to raise funds for an upcoming trip to Toronto. The money raised will go to covering the players’ flight costs. Bermuda Rugby Football Union president Keith Hodgkins said: “(The players) are raising funds to cover flight costs for those players that cannot afford the trip. “Our philosophy is that no player gets left behind due to financial constraints and all players get pledge sheets filled in to assist the others.
