U17s set for Haiti clash

Bermuda women's Under-17 national team face Haiti tomorrow in the semi-finals of the CFU World Cup qualifiers

Bermuda women’s Under-17s have been drawn against tournament hosts Haiti in the semi-finals of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) World Cup qualifiers.Trinidad, who Bermuda defeated 1-0 in their group match, will face Puerto Rico in tomorrow’s other semi-final at the Sylvio Cator Stadium in Port au Prince.Both finalists in Haiti will advance in the Concacaf regional qualifiers scheduled for Jamaica from October 30 to November 9.Aaron Denkins’ side finished their group undefeated in first place after beating Dominican Republic (3-1), Trinidad, and Grenada (2-0).USA, Canada, Mexico, hosts Jamaica, Central American qualifiers El Salvador and Guatemala await the two CFU advancing teams.
