Dandy Town Hornets will meet Hamilton Parish Workman’s Club in the under-12 final of the Powerade Champions League at Goose Gosling Field on Saturday.

Hornets defeated BAA Wanderers Green 2-0 in last weekend’s semi-finals, while Parish enjoyed a 4-1 win over BAA Knights to ensure they reached the competition’s final. In the under-10 division, BAA Green booked their place in the final with a 3-1 victory over Valencia last Saturday.

They will meet North Village Rams who had a 2-0 win over Somerset Trojans, also at the weekend.

Championship day will also pit Hamilton Parish, who defeated North Village Red 4-3 on penalties in the semi-finals, against BAA Green who edged past Valencia 3-2 in a shoot-out, in the under-8 category.
