The Bermuda Triangle FC under-9 side, coached by Marvin Belboda and Colin Smith, won the gold division at the Disney Cup football tournament in Florida. They beat Florida Rush 5-4 in the final last weekend, scoring two goals in the final minute.

The team, from BAA, was entered into the tournament by Bermuda Sports Management Group, headed by Cal Blankendal.

In the first match Bermuda Triangle defeated Costa Del Este 1 of Panama 11-7 before beating WPA 06 Thunder of Florida 4-3 in their next match. They then beat GPS FL Elite 5-4 on penalties to reach the final where they stretched their unbeaten run with another impressive victory.
