Bermuda tennis player Chris Rego lost in the second round of the Copa Universidad Galileo.The 13-year-old went down against Dominican Jose Olivares 6-0, 6-1 in their boys’ singles match on Wednesday.Rego, who is playing on the COTECC Junior Circuit, has reached the semi-finals of the doubles competition with his partner Rodolfo –Diaz of Cuba.They beat Andres Argenal, of Honduras, and Pablo Hernandez, of Guatemala, 7-6, –5-7, 10-2. Later this month Rego will join his Bermuda team-mates for their World Junior Tennis Championship qualifiers to be held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
