Bermuda lose to Finland
Bermuda dropped their second match in the World Squash Team Championships in Germany yesterday when they were beaten by Finland 3-0.
Micah Franklin fell to 11-3,11-6, 11-5 to Ollie Tuominen, Robbie Mayck loss 11-3,11-2,11-3 to Henrik Mustonen and Christopher Stout lost 11-2,11-2 and 11-5 to Matias Tuomi in Paderborn. On Sunday, Bermuda's squash players were beaten 3-0 by powerhouses Australia.
Australia rested top player David Palmer for their opening tie in Paderborn, Germany.
Maycock fell 11-4, 11-3 11-4 to Stewart Boswell, Franklin was beaten 11-1, 11-4, 11-3 by Cameron Pilley to give Australia the tie and Stout lost 11-1 11-3 11-2 to Aaron Frankcomb to make it 3-0 for fourth-seeded Australia.
Bermuda, who are now bottom of Group D play Colombia next.
