Axa Man on the Run 5K set for November 13

Registration is now open for the 10th annual Axa Man on the Run 5K, which is scheduled for November 13.

The men-only event is supported by Butterfield & Vallis and the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre with 100 per cent of all funds donated to Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre to be used to support local men’s health initiatives, including the free men’s health screenings.

Male school staff and students are encouraged to participate and the school with the largest number of entries overall will be presented with a plaque and prize to be displayed at the school.

Companies are also encouraged to to participate and the company with the most entries for all events will be presented with a plaque at the prize presentation.

Running will be in various categories, a competitive 5km walk, junior (7-10) 2.2km run and a non-competitive 5km walk along with the 5km run, the main event.
