Tech Showcase line-up revealed

The line-up for this year’s Tech Showcase has been announced with no fewer than 20 exhibitors on show at the event.The event, which is being organised by the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, will held at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess on Friday October 7 and Saturday October 8.Marisa Stones, chair of the Chamber’s Business Technology Division, said: “We are grateful for the support Chamber members and public companies have provided in helping to make a tradeshow possible. We are fortunate to have a cross-section of the Bermuda’s technology industry showcase from medical to cellular right up to cutting edge cloud computing technology.“Moreover, and most importantly, we will have local experts on hand to talk one-on-one with the public. We all recognise the challenges for business and consumer; this tradeshow should assist in stimulating the interest in the technology services and products in the lead up to Christmas and business budget planning for 2012.”Tech Showcase, which is a part of a larger programme Tech Week, will comprise a tradeshow and product demonstration sessions.Tech Showcase cahir Coral Wells said: ”It was important for us to have a variety of exhibitors that would give the business community and general public the best opportunity to see the diversity of technology available in our community.
