A company founder claims to be seeking a new path in the global push to artificial intelligence aimed at asset management.

Janet Adams is CEO of Kailanta Capital, which is said to be a next-generation investment fund, due for launch in the fourth quarter under Bermuda’s segregated accounts infrastructure.

Ms Adams is founder of a related Lisbon company, Lusaia, “a full-stack AI infrastructure company building the human, regulatory and technological systems required to power the next generation of agent hives on world models for human machine collaboration in enterprise and industrial AI applications”.

Lusaia is described as “the world’s first fully integrated Human-AI Hybridisation platform”.

Ms Adams attended the recent Bermuda Digital Finance Forum, and said she was in Bermuda to discuss Kailanta Capital with regulators and other interested parties.

Introduced as a global AI and financial regulation expert, Ms Adams said she spent more than 20 years in banking, AI and tech innovation, and has focused on making advanced technologies more transparent, ethical and accessible.

Her LinkedIn page has her in a full time role as chief executive of Starlight Consulting out of London.

She said she is building the next generation of AI-powered financial services, focused on bringing explainable AI and blockchain instant settlement to banking and financial services.

She is quoted: “We are at the most consequential inflection point in the history of computing. Demand for AI inference has grown 100,000-fold in two years.

“Every business faces the same binary choice: embed AI into how they operate, or be outcompeted by a peer who did.

“The infrastructure is real. What is missing is the human, organisational, and engineering platform that determines whether companies actually transform.”
