A road map designed to outline the path back to a more normal tourism industry is to be unveiled this week.

The Bermuda Tourism Authority has organised a webinar to highlight events and attractions for visitors and residents that will be available over the season.

Glenn Jones, the BTA interim chief executive and chief experience development officer, said: “While the ongoing pandemic makes planning incredibly difficult, we encourage our local partners to attend this webinar and use it as a road map for their 2021 planning around sporting events, food experiences and other experiences where visitors and locals can come together.”

Mr Jones asked people involved in tourism and hospitality invited to take part in the BTA Experiences Webinar on Wednesday.

The aim of the webinar is to raise awareness about what is planned and explain what the target audiences are to help create business opportunities.

The BTA team will also explain what is needed to get a listing on the BTA website through BTAConnect and its benefits.

The free webinar will be start at 1pm.

The registration deadline is on Wednesday at 10am.
