Traffic diversions at hospital acute care wing

King Edward VII Memorial Hospital (File photograph by Akil Simmons)

The Bermuda Hospitals Board warned of traffic diversions outside of the Acute Care Wing that will be in effect today.

The hospital will have the outside of the building cleaned and will use a lift that will block the road at the main entrance.

Pedestrians and motorists will be redirected away from the lift for their safety.

A BHB spokeswoman urged road users to use caution and adhere to the barriers, signage and directions given by staff at the scene.
