The Transport Control Department has reopened after a temporary closure caused by a lack of running water in the building.

A government spokeswoman said this morning: “Technical experts are establishing necessary repairs, and the facilities are expected to be open once the matter has been resolved.”

The spokesman said shortly after 3pm that the facility had reopened and service had resumed.

She added: “The department apologises for any inconveniences and thanks the public for their patience.”
