Police appeal to owners to help recover vehicles

Police currently have 35 vehicles in its Prospect, Devonshire impound.

A spokesman for the Bermuda Police Service said 14, or 40 per cent, of the impounded vehicles are listed as recovered stolen motorcycles.

He said: “Our priority is to return these vehicles to their rightful owners.

“Members of the public are encouraged to review the list of registration numbers in the Official Gazette notice on the Government of Bermuda’s website to identify any vehicle that may belong to them.”

The notice can be found here and registered owners can reclaim their vehicles by contacting the BPS Impound Office from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm on 247-1751.
