Frog Lane in Devonshire to be single-lane for a week

road closure

Frog Lane in Devonshire will be temporarily reduced to a single lane of traffic from tomorrow.

The Ministry of Public Works said in a public notice that the lane closure was intended to allow tower lights at the National Stadium to be replaced.

The closure, which also includes the sidewalk on the stadium side, is scheduled to start tomorrow and continue for one week between 8am and 4pm.

“Motorists are advised to use caution” as they drive along the closed lane on Frog Lane, Devonshire near the National Stadium, the notice added.

“Traffic control will be managed by D&J Construction representatives through warning signs. The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full co-operation of the public and apologises for any inconvenience that may result.”
