Motorcyclist collides with car in Warwick

A man on a motorcycle was hurt in a serious road collision in Warwick on Saturday night, and the police are seeking witnesses.

The man, aged 31, was found breathing but unresponsive on Ord Road near its junction with Banana Lane around midnight on Saturday.

According to the police, it appears he was travelling west and collided with a car.

He was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment for his injuries, which were deemed to be serious.

At last check, he was conscious, alert and speaking.

An investigation is under way and anyone with information is urged to contact Pc Dinnell Bean on 515-2413 or e-mail dbean@bps.bm.

Witnesses may also speak with a police officer or use the Community Reporting Portal.
