Motorcyclist seriously injured following collision with bus

A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries after colliding with a public bus in Devonshire this morning.
The male rider was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital following the incident at about 11.24am, a police spokesman said.
The spokesman added: “Details surrounding the circumstances of the collision are unclear at this time. However, the male motorcyclist was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with what appear to be serious injuries.
“The male bus driver was not reported to be injured.”
Traffic is being diverted along Barkers Hill and Parsons Lane.
Any witnesses to the incident should call 211 at the earliest opportunity.
