BOOSTER SHOT
Teamwork. I was fortunate enough this past week to participate in a strategic planning session where we brought together the critical stakeholders in a new venture to identify how we can make the most of a business opportunity.
The participants came from a range of expertise and from both the US and Bermuda.
One always has expectations of what the outcome of such a session might be but this one far exceeded any that I had contemplated.
The power of a group of people to review options, alternatives, obstacles, opportunities, and potential solutions is always wonderful to experience. When was the last time you sought out those who might assist you in your business or your life to come up with the best solutions? Consider the “team” approach the next time you are faced with difficult decision!
