The Royal Gazette/BSX Index dropped 2.24 per cent, or 51.24 points, after shares of Butterfield Bank and BF&M Ltd fell.BF&M was down $2.64, or 12.6 per cent, at $18.36 after 1,589 traded, while Butterfield shares were down 69 cents, or 2 per cent, at $34 after 184 changed hands. In New York, the bank’s shares were up 10 cents, or 0.29 per cent, at $34.65.The Royal Gazette/BSX Index dropped to 2,239.81, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 15.76 points, or 0.93 per cent, at 1,681.57.
