The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed where it opened at 1,826.22 as no stocks traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.The US-listed shares of Butterfield Bank gained $1.10, or 4.75 per cent, to close on $24.75 on the New York Stock Exchange, as 312,486 shares changed hands.The bank last traded at $25 on the BSX.The BSX Insurance Index gained 38.59 points, or 2.81 per cent, to close on 1,411.39.
