Man, 27, admits indecent exposure

A man who admitted two sex offences against a girl will undergo two psychiatric reports and a social inquiry report.Khayriek Woolridge, 27, pleaded guilty in Magistrates’ Court on Monday to two counts of committing an indecent act in front of a child aged under 14.The court heard that Woolridge performed a sex act in front of the girl on April 9 last year at a bus stop in Devonshire.He also exposed himself to the same girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, at the same bus stop the day before.The matter was reported to police later that month and Woolridge was arrested on July 3.Woolridge, from Smith’s, first appeared in Magistrates’ Court on November 12 last year.At first he denied the offences, but changed his plea yesterday.Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ordered the reports and adjourned the case until April 3.• It is The Royal Gazette’s policy not to allow comments on stories regarding court cases.
