Dear Sir,I live In Pembroke. What is possessing this person to fly their kite on a non-windy or windy day? Is this person trying to attract attention or annoy the neighbours with the buzzers?We have had this issue about people flying kites on non-kite flying days for a long time and it looks like the issue has not been solved.It’s really annoying.
