Dear Sir,Today I went to the Bermuda Post Office website with the intention of paying for my post office box.While there is a link on the website to take you to the Bermuda Post Office shop so that you can pay for said mailbox, it does not work.In the past, I paid for my PO box using the online method, but it has not worked now for at least two years. Is there something that appeals about the archaic?To make matters worse, I used the “Contact Us” tab to send the Government Post Office this e-mail, only to have it bounce back as an invalid e-mail address. Must we live in the 19th century in terms of communications?The sad fact is that many people — teachers, etc — have PO boxes because they cannot get to their PO box during the hours that the parish post offices are open.How these people can get in to pay their box fees becomes a real challenge and may well result in a late fee being accessed.Surely, it cannot be that difficult to fix the online payment link.
