Police are investigating a theft at the Department of Parks’ Marsh Folly depot.

Stolen from the compound were two machetes, one chainsaw blade and two empty gas containers.

It also appears that several vehicles belonging to the Department were searched by the culprit, according to Police who were called to the depot early Monday morning.

Inquiries continue and those who may have information or who may have seen suspicious activity around the depot between 12 noon on Saturday and 8am on Monday should contact police through the main telephone number, 295-0011.
