A forum for male victims of domestic abuse will be held today.

Under Konstruction, a domestic violence support group founded by relationship specialist Tina Laws, organised the event.

Ms Laws said: “We are hosting a pre-Father’s Day discussion to provide male victims of abuse with tools and support they need.

“It will be a very relaxed discussion focusing on education, support and prevention.”

She will be joined by cohost Shervonne Hollis, founder of the Foreign Women Club, and Darius Richardson, an independent expert on domestic violence.

Subjects will include how to create healthy relationships with children, identification of traits of an abuser and resources available to victims.

The Zoom talk will be held at 2pm. The meeting ID is 895 835 8317 and the password is mensuffer2.
