Argus Group up 3.2%

Argus Group recorded the biggest percentage improvement on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index last week, climbing 3.2 per cent, or 14 cents, to close at $4.54 after 1,300 shares traded.

There was also a higher weekly closing price for Butterfield Bank, which stood at $32, up 50 cents, or 1.6 per cent, after 14,408 shares were exchanged. On the New York Stock Exchange, the bank’s shares ended at $32.59.

Watlington Waterworks improved by five cents, or 0.2 per cent, to $20.30 after 2,022 shares traded on the local exchange.

KeyTech shares fell by 43 cents, or 14.6 per cent, to close at $2.51 after 3,633 shares were exchanged. Also falling was Ascendant Group, down 20 cents, or 2.7 per cent, to $7.30 after 1,700 shares traded.

The Royal Gazette/BSX ended the week at 1,957.38, up 17.5 points, 0.89 per cent. The BSX Insurance Index fell 2.18 points, or 0.12 per cent, to 1,769.05.
