She is extremely dedicated to her work and says her biggest accomplishment at BGA is helping customers.

"Knowing that I have helped a customer when they need something urgent is very satisfying to me. I am there to accommodate our customers and I go the extra mile, always giving my best.'' One of the best aspects of the work environment at BGA is her cooperative coworkers. She appreciates the nice people there and is grateful for the good job benefits.

She describes herself as pleasant, easy to get along with and nurturing.

When asked about her plans five years from now she replied: "I hope to be right here working and earning a good living. I started with BGA way back when it was located on Trott Road. We had a very close family feeling at the old place. We have many newcomers and they too are very nice.

Now we are a bigger work family.'' In her spare time she enjoys reading and walking and looks after her mother.

BGA's receptionist, Laverne Cann, is the lovely face behind the polite voice.
