Volunteers Doreen Aubrey and Saminda and Marina Kularatne turned out to lend a hand in picking up a sea of trash that marred Aeolia Drive, off Palmetto Road, Devonshire. The cleanup was part of the Health Department's March drive to "Get Rid of Rats". Volunteer workers from the Vector Control and Works & Engineering provided muscle and trucking and cheerful support. KBB executive director Susan Harvey said: "Some of these areas were really, really bad. It was a good day with excellent results."
