The school plans to build a new 26-car parking lot and improve the existing one.

The Board has told the school it must first obtain a building permit before beginning construction.

The entire site must also be landscaped within three months and any trees which are removed during landscaping, die or become seriously diseased or damaged must be replaced by trees and shrubs of similar size and species.
