The Bermuda Billfish Release Cup will return to Dockyard later this month.

Traditionally the start of Bermuda’s famous billfish season, the Release Cup features a relaxed “pass the rod” format that is great fun for anglers and their families, while benefitting the Bermuda Sloop Foundation’s Adam Goodwin Scholarship fund.

The final registration kickoff party will take place at the Bermuda Fun Golf with prizes for best Captain, Mate, Owner and Overall player.

Registration and the golf competition will take place on Monday, June 29th at 4pm, and teams can register to compete for as little as $500 for the gamefish division and/or an additional $1,000 to enter the billfish division. Optional billfish release jackpots are also available.

Daily billfish release video check-ins and gamefish weigh-ins will take place June 30 and July 1st at Barr’s Bay Park in Hamilton.
