All students at St. George's Prep know how to make a poem and most enjoy the task.Last Wednesday the entire school had a poetry celebration with food as the theme. Each class wrote, read and performed their work. There was also a great deal of eating. The P1's had an alphabet feast, the P2's wrote about Spider Stew and then made it. The P3's wrote acrostic poems about fruit.

Last Wednesday the entire school had a poetry celebration with food as the theme. Each class wrote, read and performed their work. There was also a great deal of eating. The P1's had an alphabet feast, the P2's wrote about Spider Stew and then made it. The P3's wrote acrostic poems about fruit.
In P4 students wrote about the food they most dislike and what they would rather eat.
Students in P5 wrote about fortune cookies and P6 concentrated on popcorn.
At the end of the day all the classes gathered and shared their work. It was then that everyone discovered that many of the P4 would prefer to eat ceilings and walls over vegetables.
