Two new reinsurers are set up

Two companies have joined the growing list of reinsurance firms incorporated in Bermuda.Class 1 reinsurer Diamond Re Ltd. and Class 3 reinsurer Pearl Reinsurance Co. Ltd. set up on the Island on September 16 and 24 respectively.They bring the total number of new insurance-sector start-ups this year to 22.
