Shares of Argus Group Holdings Ltd fell 2.7 per cent in an unusually heavy trading for the insurer on the Bermuda Stock Exchange today.

Argus dipped ten cents to close on $3.55, as 117,900 shares were exchanged.

Butterfield Bank gained a cent, or 0.5 per cent, to close the day on $2 on the trading of 12,500 shares.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index climbed 2.92 points, or 0.21 per cent, to close on 1,371.39.

Trading volume totalled 131,300 shares and turnover amounted to $452,185.

The BSX Insurance Index gained 9.01 points, or 0.58 per cent to close on 1,553.42.
