A total of 3,000 shares in the Bank of Butterfield worth $6,000 changed hands on The Royal Gazette/Bsx Index yesterday.

The move left the bank one cent up on the day (0.5 per cent) at $2 per share.

The RG/BSX closed at 1,374.67, up 4.72 points or 0.34 per cent.

The BSX Insurance Index closed down 18.27 points (1.17 per cent) at 15,440.60.
