New Berkeley Deputy principal named

Berkeley Institute has named a new deputy principal for the new school year.Tiannia Maria Symonds began her new position on Monday.She began her teaching career at the Berkeley Institute in September 1994.Prior to her teaching career at The Berkeley Institute, Tiannia worked for eight years in the Registrar of Companies Department as Secretary to the Assistant Registrar and then Private Secretary to the Registrar of Companies.

Berkeley Institute has named a new deputy principal for the new school year.

Tiannia Maria Symonds began her new position on Monday.

She began her teaching career at the Berkeley Institute in September 1994.

Prior to her teaching career at The Berkeley Institute, Tiannia worked for eight years in the Registrar of Companies Department as Secretary to the Assistant Registrar and then Private Secretary to the Registrar of Companies.

Mrs. Symonds holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and education from Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Canada and a Master of Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Principal, Michelle Simmons said: "Mrs. Symonds is a solid and disciplined educator and possesses strong administrative skills.

"She enjoys an impressive rapport with the student body and is respected by the faculty. I look forward to leveraging these attributes as we continue to strive towards excellence in programme delivery."
