The Bank of Butterfield is to hold a customer appreciation week and will be unveiling a "Customer Charter" developed by the bank's staff during the week.

The charter contains nine standards of bank service, ranging from 24-hour access to bank services to accurate processing of transactions to fair pricing.

During the week, any customers who conduct a transaction between November 18 and November 22 will be placed in a draw. The top prize is a computer and daily prizes will be awarded as well.

Live tours of the bank's Internet banking system will also take place between 11.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. during which time the bank will also give out refreshments and give out special appreciation gifts.
