1/1005 9:30am Please be advised when I entered the Copley Hotel at 9:38 p.m. I went to the check in counter and ask if the clerk could give a call to the above named defendant?s room. The clerk did not hesitate to call Mr. Lines room and inform him he?s got a visitor in the lobby that would like to see him. I then waited for the defendant to come down a short while later. Mr. Lines walked to the front desk and I thats when I approached the defendant, and let him know I have some ?legal documents for him?. Mr. Lines then look at the yellow 10 by 13 envelope, read the label which clearly read United States Securities and Exchange on it and then say ?Goodbye!. I then proceed to leave the hotel.
