ICSA members are honoured

Award: Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Bermuda Branch's outgoing president Douglas Mello presents fellowship to Judy Doidge.

Two members of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Bermuda Branch, have been honoured and given fellowship status of the Institute.

Judy Doidge is the HSBC Bank of Bermuda's corporate secretary, with responsibility for the company secretarial and corporate administrative affairs of the Bank.

She joined the bank in 1971 and was appointed a vice president in December 1997 and an executive officer in August 2001. She is a member of the bank's management committee. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors.

Tucker Hall is a corporate manager with Codan Services Limited in Bermuda. He oversees the corporate administration of an extensive portfolio of companies and partnerships.

Tucker is also an Associate of the American Institute of Bankers.

In addition to these awards, Chartered Secretaries Canada awarded three Bermuda members, Barry Hanson, David T. Smith and Jerry Faries a certificate of recognition in acknowledgement of 25 years or more of membership in The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
