The Bermuda Leadership Summit will be held at the Grotto Bay Beach Resort on March 29 and 30. Organiser Judy E. Ming said: “The philosophy behind the summit is to enhance your leadership skills.

“NJI Limited has created a dynamic team of awesome individuals that have substantial knowledge and a skill set to take your leadership skills to the next level.

“We feel strongly about this two-day event as we know that once you have absorbed the information presented, individuals will be better at leading their teams.

“There are too many leaders in places that lack the necessary skills to move their people in the right direction. It is about getting employees to see the vision and believe in it so they can meet their company’s objective.”

The speakers at the two-day summit will be:

With over a decade of experience in technology management in various industries, Mrs. Ming said of Smith: “He is a man who understands business and the bottom line, he has solid technology skills demonstrated by his Enterprise Architecture certification and various Microsoft certifications.”

[box] Ann Preston> the co-founder and CEO of Freedom Builders. “Ann is a sought-after keynote speaker and two-time best selling author,” Mrs. Ming said. “She has been an entrepreneur all her life and she created and sold a successful advertising agency in New York City before moving to Atlanta. She developed the Freedom Builders System in 2001 as she was striving to be more successful as an independent financial planner.”

[box] Bruce Towe$>, the president and co-founder of Freedom Builders. “He helps entrepreneurs and salespeople to network and sell more effectively,” Mrs. Ming said. “Bruce has helped to create a number of corporate finance investment firms in Atlanta before co-founding Freedom Builders and co-authoring the best-selling ‘Wake Up And Live The Life You Love’ and ‘Finding Your Life’s Passion’.

[box] Steven Ro<$> an accountant/entrepreneur who has successfully opened a total of five offices.

[box] Katonya Smith, in real estate since 1993, she now works for Keller Williams Realty, Atlanta Metro East. “She is one of the top ten agents in her office out of 120,” said Mrs. Ming.

[b Suzanne Beaudry Graff. “Suzanne’s special qualifications and licensing requirements allow her to guide individuals and families from financial positions across the financial stratum to achieve their goals and dreams,” Ms Ming said.
