Mayho continues to dominate race series

Mayho shows no signs of slowing

Dominique Mayho made it three wins in a row after cruising to victory in the sixth race of the Flying Colours Fat Tyre Massive Race Series at the weekend.

More than 100 racers braved the windy conditions at the Fort Scaur course, which Mayho handled better than his competitors on his way to winning the Male A division.

Mark Hatherly and Neil de ste Croix, who missed the start of the race by 90 seconds, were second and third respectively.

Matthew Oliveira won the Male B category ahead of Tyler Smith and Jenai Robinson.

The Female B crown went to Ashley Kirkpatrick, who was unchallenged for the title, as was Karen Smith in the Female Veteran section.

Dexter Swan defeated Hans Hirschi and Paulo Medeiros for Male Veteran honours. Hirschi came second, while Medeiros rounded out the podium places.

The upset of the day came in the Male Novice division, with Ussef Eve beating rival Billy Phillips. Timothy Sousa came third.

Alexandria Watlington claimed honours in the Female Novice category. Gabriella Arnold took the runner-up spot, with Kirkpatrick third.

Dylan Hill finished ahead of Alex Pilgrim and Kaden Hopkins in the Male 13-15 division, while Victoria Davis won the Female 13-15 age group. Tristan Narraway and Cassy McPhee rounded out the podium spots.

In the Male 12-and-under category, Malik Joell used a late surge to beat Eusebio King-Mills and Manning Smith.

The female race was won by Kayla Raymond with Megan Hands second and Cali Lindo third.
