Town Races.
Two events are planned -- a relay at 1.00 p.m. in which three-member teams will each complete a loop of Hamilton of approximately 1.1 kilometres, and the individual race at 1.30 p.m. in which runners will race over seven laps, a distance of five miles.
Entry forms for both races can be picked up and returned to New Winners Edge, the Pro Shop, Sportseller or Sports R Us. Entries close today at 4.45 p.m.
JUNIOR GOLF GLF Thirteen year-old Aaron James mastered difficult, rainy conditions to fire an excellent four-over-par 74 at Belmont last weekend.
James included three birdies in his round, finishing three shots ahead of Oliver Pitcher (77) who edged Matthew Durrant on retrogression.
Ted Terceira, Scott Roy and Jarryd Dill all fired 77 in Group Four with Terceira winning on retrogression.
At the Southampton Princess, Michael Elton led the way with 46 over 13 holes.
William Tucker beat out Trevor Mills on retrogression for second after both shot 48.
In Group One, Tyler Marshall took the honours with a 48, beating Jerome Overby on retrogression. Shannon Trott was a stroke back in third.
In novice play at Belmont, Daniel Ezekiel carded 25 over six holes to beat Ricardo Dill by a shot. Andrew Osborne placed third.
SWIMMING SW Wetsuits will likely be the preferred dress code as Bermuda's swimmers take part in the second open water event of the Pepperidge Farm winter series tomorrow.
The half-mile Valentine's Day swim will include two loops of a course in Harrington Sound off My Lord's Bay, beginning at 1.00 p.m.
