A writ has been filed in the matter matter of the Evidence Act 1905 and in the matter of order 70 of the Rules of the Supreme Court 1985 and in the matter of a civil matter now proceeding before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada between Armstrong Square LP and 1) Sergei N. Klimow; 2) Robert E. Munck; 3) John Hollander; 4) Mark J. Hollander.
A writ has been filed the matter of the Arbitration Act 1986 Section 34 (2) and the Rules of the Supreme Court 1985 order 73/2 (1) and (3) AND in the matter of an arbitration decision dated 28 June 2002 between Kathy Cowen and the Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association that was made by Arbitration Tribunal of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Sports Council of Bermuda between Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association and 1) Kelvin Hastings-Smith; 2) Lawrence Larry Scott and 3) Reginald Rawlins (arbitration tribunal) Kathy Cowen.

Capital Insight Management Company Ltd. as general Partner intends to form an exempted limited partnership to be known as Capital Insight Fund 1 L.P.
Kenneth E. Simmons, Manuel E.S. Pereira and David Clifford Simmons as trustees of the Pereira & Simmons Trust are applying to incorporate a local company with limited liability to be called Cap-A-Laige Ltd., a property management and development company.
