Man stabbed in Spinning Wheel deli
deli on Friday night.
Police said the 32-year old man was "quite inebriated'' and refused to stay at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital after he was treated.
The stabbing with "a large knife'' followed a dispute with another customer at about 7 p.m., Police said.
Police have a suspect in the case, a spokesman said.
On October 30, two teenagers were shot after a gunman entered The Spinning Wheel Night Club and opened fire.
After the shooting, Acting Police Commissioner Mr. Alex Forbes announced a probe had been launched into the running of the Court Street nightclub and a report could be handed to the Liquor Licensing Authority.
A short time later, the night club announced that it would halt Friday and Saturday night reggae sessions at The Spinning Wheel and replace them with other forms of music, such as golden oldies, or music from the '70s.
An expert could also be called in to beef up security at the premises, management said.
