on Monday after a string of delays.

Puisne Judge the Hon. Mr. Justice (Austin) Ward fixed the date yesterday.

Ebbin is accused of importing cocaine with others in May 1990, and conspiring to import the drug between October 1988 and May 1990.

He was jailed for 20 years with Mr. Ted Ming, Dexter Edwin Dillas, and Mr.

Colin Winfield Smith.

Mr. Ming and Mr. Smith were later freed by the Appeal Court, but re-trials were orderd for Dillas and Ebbin.

At Supreme Court yesterday Ebbin's case came up again for mention.

Lawyer Mr. Archie Warner, representing Ebbin, said legal aid had now been arranged for him.

Mr. Ward agreed to extend Ebbin's bail until his re-trial.
