DAB okays Swan expansion
front and a four-storey addition to the rear of the real estate company's Victoria Street office building.
The Development Application Board gave the company, owned by former Premier Sir John Swan, the go-ahead on the condition that rooftop equipment and structures are screened.
The DAB also permitted Just Cleaners Ltd. to upgrade facilities at 38 Serpentine Road.
Company spokesperson Tom Mello told The Royal Gazette that nothing major was planned for the one-storey house, other than improved parking and access, as well as some interior renovations.
The DAB denied massage therapist Robert Lightbourne permission to use the premises at 1 Spring Hill, Warwick, for a commercial therapy office.
The Board further recommended the Minister institute enforcement action "with regard to the unauthorised use of the premises for commercial purposes''. Mr.
Lightbourne was unavailable for comment.
