Police looking for escapees
the past few days.
Michael Cleveland Gibbons remains on the loose since he escaped from Police Headquarters moments before he was to enter an identification parade on Friday.
The 22-year-old man climbed through a window as he was being escorted to enter the line-up when an officer was apparently distracted at a nearby pay phone after Gibbons requested his lawyer be present.
And a 15-year-old boy who escaped from Police on Monday is still at large.
The juvenile and another boy gave Police the slip while on their way to a Hamilton Parish location to recover allegedly stolen property.
One boy was found after an extensive search in the water at Shelly Bay and was taken to St. George's Police Station.
But officers continue to search for Jeron Douglas, who was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue knee-length denim shorts, white ankle socks and white Adidas sneakers.
Members of the public with information concerning his whereabouts should contact Police immediately at 295-0011.

Last year Mr. Jones did Bermuda proud by running away with first place trophies in six of the seven competitions. He came second in the only competition he did not win.
A busy schedule is slated for him starting off at Kneller Hall in Twickenham, where on Tuesday he will introduce the Bermuda Regiment. Next Thursday through Sunday he will participate in the Town Criers Competitions in Kingsbridge and Dartmouth.
The following Monday, he will deliver a proclamation at Plymouth marking the departure of Sir George Somers from that port back in 1609.
Mr. Jones will round out his tour of duty when he joins in the celebrations of Sir George Somers Day in Lyme Regis. There he will read a proclamation on the Cobb (the seafront).
