The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 10.93 points or 0.42 percent yesterday to close at 2,636.92. A total of 1,850 shares worth $48,402 were traded.

The Bank of Bermuda remained unchanged at $44 despite 300 shares changing hands, and the Bank of N.T. Butterfield gained 50 cents or 1.6 percent on volume of 1,000 shares to close at $32.50.

Long Botham Boats saw 50 shares traded, but remained unchanged at $4.05, and the only other active issue for the day was Island Press Holdings Ltd which fell 50 cents or 9.1 percent to close at $5.50 on volume of 500 shares.
