BSX week in review
The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange finished last week at 2,679.58 - a gain of 50.256 points.
The highest volume of trading came from the Bank of NT Butterfield with trading of 23,600 shares as the share price jumped up $1.50 to close at $33.50.
The Bank of Bermuda also saw a share price increase, gaining 35 cents to finish the week at $44.50 while 17,425 shares changed hands.
LOM Holdings also saw trading of 3,000 shares over the course of the week and a 25 cent increase in its share value to $3.40.
Two utilities also saw BSX action last week: Watlington Waterworks saw 11,000 shares trade, as its stock increased by 65 cents to $3.75. And BELCO Holdings saw a $1 gain, to a share price of $30 and trading of 1,374 shares.
In the insurance sector, Argus Insurance saw no price movement on its stock, but it traded 3,020 shares during the course of the week.
