Masters soars 25 percent to $20
The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 14.99 points last week to close at 4,417.85.
Masters Ltd. was the big gainer for the week, rising $4 or 25 percent to close at $20 as investors traded 1,000 shares.
Belco gained $1 to close at $40 on volume of 638 shares and Bermuda Aviation Services rose 30 cents to close at $6.30 on volume of 8,000 shares.
Argus fell $1 to close at $13 as 3,000 shares changed hands, Bermuda Commercial Bank fell 45 cents to close at $7.80 as 612 shares changed hands and KeyTech fell ten cents to close at $12.50.
Meanwhile, Butterfield Bank was unchanged at $57 on volume of 12,515 shares, BF&M traded in 2,596 shares to close unchanged at $18.50 and Bermuda Container Line traded in 1,000 shares to close unchanged at $13.50.
The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX last week was $148,425 and the overall volume of shares was 10,500.
