Bermuda Hogges midfielder Troy Tucker was one of three Darton State College sophomores named as D-1’s men’s soccer All-Americans.Tucker helped Darton State College to third at the National Championships tournament, finishing as Darton’s top scorer with seven goals.Soren Yuhaschek and Jowayne Laidley also received All-American honours.“They’ve been huge,” Darton head men’s soccer coach Bart Sasnett said of the trio. “They’ve taken our programme to another level.“Troy is as good as any player that I’ve ever coached,” Sasnett said. “His leadership, on and off the field, is unchallenged.”Tucker played a part in Wolves’ promotion to the Premier Division last season.
