Arrests after stabbing leaves teenager in ICU

Two men have been arrested after a stabbing incident which left a teenager in intensive care.A Police spokesman said: "At 9.30pm on Wednesday, police responded to an incident in the Spicery Road, Warwick area. "Details are unclear at this time; however two 17-year-old men were injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of stab wounds."One of the victims was later released while the other remains in hospital. At last check he was in the Intensive Care Unit in stable condition."Two men, a 35-year-old and a 31-year-old, have been arrested in connection with this incident. Officers conducted inquiries at the scene and collected forensic evidence for examination."Any witnesses or anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the Somerset Criminal Investigation Unit on 234-1010."
